People must be crazy to enjoy exercising.
Sweating. Discomfort. Soreness. Pain.
What are people thinking?
I know what you're thinking... "I like the energy I have after I exercise."
I've heard that one before.
I exercised today for the first time in a few months. Yuck!
Who can enjoy it?
Not me!
Um... not feeling energetic!
There is something I do enjoy that is considered exercise, I suppose, though it's not the same as running a marathon or playing an adrenaline pumping game of basketball. Just a little arm muscle power and an occasional sprint.
Softball.
Not the competitive kind. The for-fun kind, though that can get competitive too.
I liked playing softball each summer when I was little.
The last couple of summers I've played softball on our church team.
I'm not the best, but I like it.
Too bad it's seasonal.
And it takes a team.
Or two.
[I also like bowling... which uses muscle. Some people consider it a sport now. Ha ha.
And then there's the time in middle school when I was a part of intramural pingpong.
Oh, and the summer when friends and I were biking fiends.
That's all.]
